The good things about today:
• I are more veggies today.
• I exercised twice.
• I avoided sugar.
Things that could have been better:
• I shouldn’t have eaten the toast that came with my salad at lunch.
• I should have skipped Sonic for dinner and had a salad or something else healthy at home.
The fears I’m facing today:
• I’m too far gone to come back from this.
• I’ll give up after these first 24 days.
• Everyone is so sick of me trying to make progress on this that nobody cares any more.
